How using soil.d works.
The basic rules between members, soil.d, and the people who care for the plants in between. Plain language, pilot stage.
Role of soil.d
SOIL.D facilitates exchanges between members. We are not party to the swap or sale itself, and we don't hold the goods or the payments.
Members & listings
- Listings. You're responsible for the accuracy, legality, and condition of what you offer: plants, cuttings, soil, produce, care services.
- No guarantees on living matter. Plants are biological. Survival, identification, and pest status are not warranted by SOIL.D.
- Care services. Care providers act as independent neighbors, not employees of SOIL.D. Coordinate scope, access, and liability with the plant owner.
Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, fraud, illegal goods, or invasive species. Accounts misusing the platform may be suspended.
Pilot & jurisdiction
- Pilot stage. Features, pricing, and mechanics may change while we iterate. We'll communicate material changes ahead of time.
- Jurisdiction. Swiss law applies. Disputes are handled in the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
